INTRODUCTION :

The 3D printing process builds a three-dimensional object from a computer-aided design (CAD) model, usually by successively adding material layer by layer, which is why it is also called additive manufacturing,[1] unlike conventional machining, casting and forging processes, where material is removed from a stock item (subtractive manufacturing) or poured into a mold and shaped by means of dies, presses and hammers.

Softwares Used :

I made a sculpture of bird using Cinema 4D software and ideaMaker (RAISER 3D) for setting layout and printing.

Slicing in ideaMaker :

• Click Start Slice
• Choose or Edit Template as per job requirement.
• Drag layer to see process animation

Printing Model :

I printed this model with Ardoitec RxP2200 SMART SSERIES printer

• Plug USB drive to printer having Model file.
• Select file and click on print.
• Print will set position and temperature(Nozzle Temp - 216 Deg Cel & Bed Temp - 60 Deg Cel) according to instructions set in file.

Wait for the Model to get printed.
